Churchill Security

Churchill was able to arrange manned security for us on very short notice. Their security guard was exceptionally friendly, diligent and helpful. And when our requirements changed, Churchill bent over backwards to support us. Highly recommended!

A Quick Thank you to Churchill Security Limited. In this age not too, many people feel compelled to write a thank you letter to a company but the level of service, support and communication from Churchill has been second to none. As you are aware, I found our company in a precarious situation with an immediate need for 24 hour security, never having been in this situation before I made calls to a few local security firms and was greeted with tiered, confusing pricing, contracts, the confusion got worse as I delved further.

I made a chance call to Churchill security and dealt with Elina Staimilere, I was immediately struck by her no-nonsense approach and subsequent guarantees as we discussed our needs further. That same evening our first security officer arrived, on time, fully briefed, well presented but most importantly capable of seeing through what was required. Obviously being new to this type of industry there were many aspects I was unsure of, a call (four!) to Elina and all my questions were answered promptly, without confusion and clearly.

My fears of Churchill over promising and under achieving were well and truly allayed. Since that first evening of stress and worry I can now leave our offices in the evening without having to worry, every touch point from Churchill has led to this point and I can only thank you sincerely for taking the stress off my shoulders. I have since met Luke Toker - National Operations Manager on a site visit to our premises and was once again impressed by a straight talking, knowledgeable member of the Churchill team re-enforcing my initial opinion.

I must say Elina is a deeply impressive ambassador for your company, she has been nothing other than ultra-efficient, informative and quick to respond to anything I've thrown her way (as well as impeccable grammar in her emails, a rarity!) Thank you, Elina. Well done Churchill, keep up the good work, I'm certain you can do nothing but succeed with the business model and approach you have built.

Would not recommend this company. They use any excuse not to cover payment when staff members are not doing their job.e.g. sleeping/ not turning up. They used this time during the COVID epidemic to terminate a contract on a technicality then demanded a closing fee even though they knew it would put the company in major financial strain. Not a company I would recommend working with

When one of our sites lost a security system late in the day, we called Churchill security and they could not have been more helpful. Guard was onsite within an hour and provided services as requested until we could get everything back working. Great response, good costs and office staff couldn't be friendlier.

Wouldn't recommend. Day before my wedding I phoned to check they were still on and I was informed my guards were unable to attend. After a couple calls back they said they'd managed to find replacements. All un wanted stress the day before a wedding and very unprofessional how I had to call them. Security guards on the day were fine, however I've heard from guests that they were doing taxi runs for cash! Can't be bothered to complain as nobody unwanted managed to get in, however if I was planning another wedding the first thing I'd change is the security company.

Booked security for my wedding, the officers were amazing - polite, smart dressed & went above and beyond to help me and my partner throughout the evening. 100% would recommend Both the service and the booking process were easy and the staff supported me and my partner throughout

Their name mis-informs you from the start: they are nothing but 'LIMITED'. This abomination of a company was supposed to be on guard through a filmmaking outing. They were to arrive at 5:30am, guard until 2pm, and then their day would be over. This was, however, too challenging a task for the soiled toddlers running the company. Instead, they sent out two untrained men who were not qualified for the job.

They then twiddled their thumbs while the office "called around" to find replacements for the next 7 hours. This was met with a grinding stop after they decided to claim that they have not received enough money for the men they could send out. So it seems as though the soiled children were maturing into semi-decent money-hungry sharks. Overall, avoid this company at all costs!

If you are in need of security you are better off praying to Santa than paying these moronic children. At least with Santa he'll give you a piece of coal instead of the middle finger.

I think 1 star is fair, considering the security I hired for an event were 35 minutes late (meaning we started the event later than scheduled) for a 4 hour shift and when reported back to the 'client relationship executive' I was flatly told that was the fixed price for the night. No acknowledgment. No apology. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone who wants a professional service to look elsewhere.

A complaint has been filed against Churchill Security to the body that licenses it-- the Security Industry Authority (SIA). I would strongly urge avoiding this company entirely. We contracted (and paid) this company to provide security for our son while he was filming in London, but the firm sent men who claimed to be not licensed for the job, and so they refused to accept the job. Churchill was unable to send replacements and so there was no security provided on the day.

When we complained, the company's client relations manager first offered partial compensation, and when we insisted on full compensation, he withdrew any refund whatsoever. Even though the men who were sent told three people (myself, my husband and my son) that they could not accept the job "for legal reasons", the client relations manager still maintained that the men were qualified to do the job.

We have been left in limbo with no security protection provided and no refund for the sizeable fee paid upfront. In short, this company has scammed us. I have indicated one star not because they deserve it but because this will not "post" without giving at least one star.
