From the call to them arriving was less than an hour.. which was fantastic as we were in Hawksworth Village.. My son had locked his keys in the boot of his car. The chap (Radu) got into the car within a minute or so and we recovered our car keys.. Radu was very friendly and overall it was excellent value for money.. Would definitely recommend.

Radu was quick to respond. He phoned immediately and gave us a quote and arrived exactly when he said he would. Our sliding patio door, which hadnt opened for almost a year was soon opened and all the locking mechanism was in pieces being cleaned. In less than an hour everything was reassembled and in working order! Amazing, no new locks to pay for. Pure expertise. Would recommend to everyone.

Superb service today. The locksmith responded immediately, gave a precise time that he could be available and was punctual. He communicated with us efficiently and gave us options about the type of replacement lock. Friendly and efficient service and all for a very reasonable price.
