I had to call a locksmiths to change the lock, and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. He was fantastic, super quick, extremely professional, very helpful, and did a brilliant job.

He was also very reasonable with pricing, which I really appreciated. Such a genuinely lovely man, very polite, and clearly very skilled at what he does.

I had a panic when I couldnt get into my house after 10pm, thought the lock was broken. He arrived in about 15mins, put me right at ease. He spotted the problem straightaway and explained it very clearly to me. Turns out the lock wasnt broken, he just needed to adjust the upper lock (to allow for the door dropping due to weather changes).
He takes pride in his work and checked everything thoroughly. Only charged me for opening the door and the adjustment.
Also he loves his dog (pitbull), which I think is the sign of a trustworthy person.

I contacted Mark late one night because I accidentally locked myself between the two front doors of my place. He came within 30 mins and while trying to open the outer door, gave me cards and talked me thru how to open the inside door. He was patient and reassuring and most importantly, he managed to open both doors. Thanks Mark for your excellent and prompt service and for managing to open both doors without breaking either lock.
