The guy cut a me a key that was obviously much thicker than the one I gave him, had I checked at the time i would have realised. when I tried it didn't even fit inside my lock! Then when I had to go all the way back to get it changed he didn't even have the courtesy to apologise! which was very inconveniencing. Then on top of that the new key he gave me was actually cheaper than the one I had previously bought.but no surprise I was not given a refund of the difference. Bad customer service.

Had to visit 3 times to fit a lock and mechanism in correctly. Very low level of skill. Wasted my time. Rather than apologising they covered their faults by moaning and groaning that I missed an appointment. They are very unprofessional and require at least 3 attempts to fit a lock and mechanism. I'd be happy if I don't ever have to argue or speak to this company ever again regarding my lock for which I paid 288 labour + material. Looks unlikely as I can't remember them ever apologising for wasting my time having to send them videos and Wats's app demonstrations of how and what they have done wrong even though I don't live there and it's a HMO property let out.

I went in total 5 times and my brother once to show them and demonstrate as they won't take my work for it. REALLY REALLY DISSAPOINTED. They think that they are the only ones who's time is valuable I would understand that if they provided high quality first time completion professional workmanship. But they are cowboys unable to deliver fully require at least 3 attempts for a basic lock. To be honest I'd be happy if i didn't have to speak to them again regarding this lock.

Lovely company. Such good value, friendly staff, installed cameras, explained the equipment and left the area tidy. Definitely recommend.

We contacted them via email to book an appointment. They replied very fast and booked us in which gave us peace of mind beforehand. They then showed up early on the day and were very professional and got us in and locks changed within 15 minutes. Would recommend highly.

Had a bad experience using this company. First time I used them the key they cut didn't work so I had to return to get it re done. Second time I went there they charged me 69 for a lock that I can buy everywhere else for 40 and then charged me for cutting keys that were actually supplied with the lock. Probably alright if you're in the lock business but if not I would avoid unless you have no choice.

Absolute classic Iocksmith. Give them a problem and they have a number of solutions! Really helped me out when I popped in with photos of a broken lock - let me take my time deciding what to do. Wish I lived locally so I could give them more business - will recommend with no hesitation on Google maps instead!

What a great team. My phone enquiries were answered professionally & my request for a locksmith was actioned very quickly. The locks were changed and tested by an operative who clearly knew what he was doing. All in all a great job, thank you for job well done.
