Absolutely first class service which i wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone struggling with their intercom/gate/door/security system. Having had a problem for months and another firm dragging their feet over fixing it, we were at our wits end. Then I found GuardSys. Magda and Milena were reassuring, compassionate, with an immediate understanding of the problem and they quickly deployed an engineer (within 48h) to evaluate and repair if feasible. Chris, the engineer, was prompt, brilliantly efficient, very friendly and professional, immediately identifying the problem. And fixing it. Within 2 hours. Such a wonderful service. I wish we'd found them 6 months ago. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Repair to my home intruder alarm, I'm absolutely delighted with the 1st class service both on site and at office level, which were provided when carrying out or arranging my alarm repair. Chris ( the Engineer) was very professional, helpful, polite and did a very satisfactory job. Also Roxana at Customer Service was also very helpful and understanding. Although my entry phone repair was a bit complicated, both Chris and Roxana did their utmost best to resolve the issue. I will be happy to use the Company again if the need arises and also highly recommend their services to others.

Absolutely terrible service. The engineer was gormless and couldn't figure out the problem (a disconnected unit was causing static noise at the front door speaker). He left before it was resolved. I tried to get the company to send an engineer to fix the problem but they wanted to charge me again. Avoid like the plague! Thanks Jonathan. Well I was as good as my word - just a bit late in leaving the stinking review!
The 'additional works' was fixing the problem your engineer was supposed to have fixed the first time - and which you were proposing to charge me again! And if your role is Customer Success, I'm afraid you aren't doing a very good job!
