Mark was so helpful when my front door handle broke. I took photos of the locks and handle and instead of charging me for a standard call out, he advised me how I can fix it and only paid for the part. I also had another problem with the lock itself and again he assisted me by getting his colleague straight over and job done in 10mins. Good professional quality service. They are all helpful in that shop.

Needed to cut some keys, they told me the brand that I had was an older model and they could cut them and I would not have much choice locally. Its a shared house so I needed 6 keys at 12.50 each, the next day I needed another key went down the road and found them for 3.50 each from another retailer close by. Also the customer service wasn't great.

This company is amazing. I had a problem with one of my locks and instead of charging me an arm and a leg for a site visit, they diagnosed the problem in the shop and gave me the missing screw I needed for free. Of course, when I needed a locksmith to repair another door lock, they were the first company I went to. They came to my house, fixed my door, and charged me a fair price. The team here is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and nice. I couldn't recommend them enough.
