Superb service. I strongly recommend them. They fixed a lock for me a few months back and were prompt and efficient. The lock went wrong again last week and they came back and fixed. They refused any payment for the second visit because they insisted that the problem could have been spotted on the last visit. Astonishing integrity and fantastic customer service. Excellent company. I had a front door lock that required the key to be forced into before the lock would open. I asked Callow Masters if they would come out to replace the lock and they asked me to email photos to them. They said to try WD40 before I go any further. It worked! They could have charged me 150 to replace the lock and I would have paid it. I would recommend this company and I will definitely be returning to them in the future. Thank you, Callow!
