Bill came out quickly to replace our front door lock having just moved house. He went on to advise us regarding our other locks and his honest and practical advice led us to requesting him to carry out this work too. Bill was efficient and his work was to a great standard. We really appreciated him pointing out things to us that we would not have noticed but he wasn't pushy at all and ensured we got great value for money. We'd certainly recommend Bill to friends and family.

Arranged to have my locks changed at 9am due to lost keys. My mum found the keys at 8.50, so I called him to explain. I was expecting some kind of call out fee as he was just around the corner. But Bill was great about it. no charge, no problem. I don't know him well, but he seems like a straight up guy. Also, even though the Google reviews are, shall we say 'patchy', he's got loads of positive reviews on Check a Trade which gave me the confidence to give him a go.

Called for an emergency locksmith. He then drove passed the property where we were all standing outside. When I telephoned him he told me he was on his way home as I had clearly called someone else (a neighbour was just trying to help) and out of principle he was going home and not helping. Totally left me stranded very disappointed.
