This is the way we work:

Alarm activation is indicated
Our 24 hr control centre will contact operations
Operations will dispatch a fully trained patrol supervisor familiar with the site to investigate
Patrol supervisor will arrive at site in our of our patrol vehicles
Investigation is carried out
Alarm is reset and area secured
If need be, police and emergency services are called
All events are logged and clients informed
Report is submitted by patrol supervisor
