Mum lost the key to our safe, was quoted from another firm a ridiculous amount of money alongside with only being able to get in with damage. To say Mark did it for a fraction of a price will be the understatement of century. only had to wait a couple of hours and before we knew it, after the safe put up a good fight, he was in. Absolute lifesaver, HIGHLY recommended!

Rear UPVC door was getting more difficult to lock when shut. Contacted Mark, said it sounded like the door had dropped and quoted a reasonable price to attend. He came spot on time later that day. He was polite, professional and after some adjustments the door was sorted. Would highly recommend.

Mark did a great job for us replacing the locking mechanism on one of our patio doors and sorting out some issues we were having with our other UPVC doors. Mark was punctual, polite, efficient and fairly priced. I'll certainly use Paladin Locksmiths in the future should the need arise, and have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.
