Shockingly bad. Had the alarm less than a year and after no less than 6 visits over months it's still not working. Then I'm told because it was fitted in the new build house before I moved in as the first owner it's no longer covered because it's more than a year old! You couldn't make it up. Rubbish equipment that doesn't work, shocking customer service.
