Lost the key for Audi A4 and after receiving the key from main dealer (Audi asked for 200 pounds for coding the key) asked Sam to code it. Sam from East Yorkshire Locksmith came and sorted the key where the car was located. Absolutely brilliant service and very professional. Highly recommend this place for anyone who has key issues.

Absolutely amazing service. Spoke to a previous locksmith who told me my key was broken and needed replacing at a large cost. Rang this company and went in, he repaired the key quickly and had me on my way within 10 minutes. So polite and friendly, plus he quoted me a much cheaper price of I had needed my key replacing. Lost my car key so phoned JP locksmiths, from the very first contact with the lady on the phone to cancelling my appointment as in the mean time my keys turned up i was given excellent service, advice, and pricing. I was so impressed with the professionalism and the service, they came out within a few hours and although it took a while because of the type of lock, (not their fault), they persevered and finally got us back into the property despite the lateness of the day. I cannot thank them enough both James, who was there for four hours, and Andrew who came along to help. Fantastic service yesterday (21/05/21) when my car key refused to open my car door. Speedy repair, new remote battery and casing at an extremely reasonable price by friendly staff. Excellent all round, initial customer service was great, was given a price upfront which we were pleasantly surprised with and which was the price we paid.
Came out really quickly and kept in touch to give an approximate time of arrival. Access was gained to our car with no problems, also cut an additional key for us and encoded the fob.
Andy was really friendly and offered a very knowledgeable service and didn't make me feel too bad for being an idiot. I could not recommended these guys more, they are a professional and responsible service who clearly take pride in their work and value their customers.

My first experience with this company and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I arrived early Saturday for a spare key and fob to be cut and coded to my 2011 Skoda Octavia.
