Outstanding service, couldn't have asked for better. Called Chris on Thursday evening following a break in, he had the job done the following morning. He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and even came back a few days later to make a small adjustment to a window lock so that it was easier for an elderly relative to use. No hesitation to recommend, felt very safe and well looked after throughout the entire process

Friendly, professional, efficient, and full of good advice - including dissuading us from going overkill with security features that wouldn't make a difference, rather than taking our money and running, as some would do. Definitely recommend, and would certainly use again. Service: Installation

IKS replaced my garden gate lock and they were just brilliant to deal with. Incredibly responsive and thorough - phoned and texted to make sure they understood exactly what was needed to do the job. Then the locksmith who turned up was really lovely to deal with and did a brilliant job and it was all very quick and hugely reasonably priced. Would always use them again and I'm very grateful for the great work done - thank you!

I called Martin out to come and fix a lock on front door and despite it being late and a horrible evening in January he was round in 15 minutes and was able to fix the problem. He was quick and very professional and very good value. I'd strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience with IKS securing my new home - highly recommended. Martin and Chris were a pleasure to deal with and the window bars & security gates/grilles they installed for the Bi-Fold doors not only look amazing but were done at a very reasonable cost. 10/10

We called Martin on Friday late afternoon for an emergency situation. Despite the last minute call and bad Friday afternoon traffic he got to us within an hour, very quickly assessed the situation, found the best solution and fixed the problem in a very short period of time. Happy with the work and very good price. Thank you Martin.
