Totally professional approach, almost left the place tidier than when they started. After the high winds and snow of Saturday 27th Nov 21 my alarm was damaged. On Weds 1st December I phoned Calder Valley Security service for assistance and Craig Moore arrived very quickly and sorted the problem in no time. Excellent prompt service from what appears to be a very good company and in this case a very nice and approachable young man.

We used Calder Valley Security for the first time today after a recommendation from a friend, who had recently used them for their house. Having recently moved we wanted our burglar alarm and cctv servicing with a view to upgrading. The gentleman Pete that came out today was absolutely amazing, very polite, took the time to explain the systems to us and was very respectful while in our home even down to wearing covers over his shoes. He was very through throughout but never pressured us into any sales just simply explained what our options were and what he would advise. We can't recommend them enough!

6 years ago Calder Valley Security installed an alarm in my home. Right from the start I was impressed by their friendly professionalism and the up to the minute technical solutions offered. The system was tailored exactly to my requirements and was installed efficiently and competently, no time wasted and no mess left behind. The system has been trouble free. Leanne in the office is great, always willing to help.
This week I had the system serviced for the first time since the start of the pandemic and was very pleased when the engineer - Craig - explained how they were working in a covid secure way before competently carrying out the service. I highly recommend this company.

Had a power cut and my house alarm wouldn't reset and was generally playing up... Called Calder Valley Security and from initial phone call (Leanne), to the engineer (Luke) coming out it was a first class service... Luke even phoned to let me know his arrival time was going to be slightly earlier than the appointment time!! He was polite, courteous and professional throughout, he explained everything he was doing during his testing sequence and left me with a fully functioning alarm system and a feeling of confidence that he had explained everything. I don't have any hesitation recommending Calder Valley Security and will definitely be calling on them again. Thank you

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who has recently had Calder Valley Security out to look at her alarm. She was very happy that James, the engineer who attended, wore a mask, gloves and over shoes. James replaced the battery and the alarm is now back working. James wiped down everything before he left.
