My timing was terrible, our lock broke just when they were snowed under with work because of the student changeover. Still, they arranged to come the following day and then rang up to come early! The young chap that came did a brilliant job - he was polite and careful. Very happy with them.

Three months ago I took a electric cycle battery box in for Bristol Locksmiths to create a key. It seemed fine they suggested a few days, great. Every since then it been excuse after excuse. Today I was told they could not do it could I collect 07/09/18

Total joke. Twice now I've travelled here by bus from St Pauls to get a skeleton key cut and twice this place has been shut early. I rang them this time to let them know I was on my way and they promised they wouldn't be closing early and would still be open when I got there. I get there half an hour before they're due to close and low and behold, they're shut! What a waste of time and money.

Helped me replace a broken key right on top of closing time. Said I was welcome to call if I had any trouble with the key and I did find that the door wouldn't open. After a quick call, very helpful locksmith suggested some WD40 in the lock, which worked like a charm. Helped me in a tricky situation as the house didn't belong to me and I was returning my friends dog so needed to get in! Amazing service!

Not great experience to be honest. Needed a key made for a lock at the shop on whiteladies road. I got told that i can pick up the lock in a week time. Quote was no more than 15. So i came back a week later (did take a few hours off work). I then got told that the lock wasn't ready. So i came back today 15 days after I dropped it off, only to find out that it still wasn't finished. They then managed to do it with a few hours after hassling them. Finally i got charged 25. In general this was a catastrophically bad customer service!
