Excellent service and very reasonable price for repairing two car key fobs (they charged me half the price of another local competitor). I would definitely recommend.

This is what a business should be. The gentleman was skilled and knowledgeable: I went in to buy a new lock to replace one that had been misbehaving for a few years, but instead he was able to take it apart and change the mechanism so I was able to put it straight back in the door an hour later, working perfectly. How many places these days prioritise doing the best job for customers over getting the best profits? Too few.

Excellent. Helped me by suggesting an engineer when I locked myself out, then later cut me a couple of difficult keys. Clearly know their stuff.

This a true locksmiths. I had a very unusual lock to replace. They recognised but thought it was no longer made in that exact form. 20 minute going though the catalogues and measuring the old lock we had a match. Way better than you average key cutter shop, that claims to be a Locksmith.

The right sort of company you want to deal with when you have an emergency. Quoted me before they came out. Made every effort to come out on the day of the call. Spent a great deal of time sorting out the problem with my lock and finally trusted me enough to leave an invoice to settle. No pressure to pay on the spot. This is the sort of company you need to call when you have an emergency. Thank you.

I was locked out of my house and called into Alpha Locks to seek assistance. The proprietor, Joseph, quickly arranged for somebody to look after the shop and within 20 minutes was on-site. After another 15 minutes, he had gained entry to my house and replaced the broken lock.

Alpha Locks have today installed a deadlock inside my home.. No fuss or bother and George, who did the work was so nice and efficient.. Very pleased and can recommend them.

Great service provided. They were able to simply cut a new blade for my worn out Nissan Qashqai car key from my one good key in a matter of minutes, they were even able to fit the new blade to the old key fob at no extra cost. Total bill only came to 12 pounds. This was after my local Nissan garage were not prepared to replace the blade whilst the car was still under warranty. Was also quoted much higher prices by mobile auto locksmiths and high street locksmith "Timpson" were not able to fit a new blade to the old key. I will definitely be visiting this locksmith again the next time I need any keys cut.

Locksmith replaced two door locks that have been causing issues for a while. The service was excellent and despite the difficulties caused by the environment the locksmith persevered and finished the job. The end result was thoroughly professional and I am happy to recommend their work to others.
