Stopped in for a pint after some locals recommended. It has nice outside seating with 'windows' to block out the wind. Very beautiful spot to soak in the sun!

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were comfortable. We liked having the bar in the hotel. Nice location about a 10 minute walk to downtown.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Heathmouth. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The free breakfast is delicious! Also tried out their dinner service and was impressed by the quality of food. Free parking at a prime location, with mins of walk to the town center. The bed was so comfortable that we actually didn't want to get out of bed each day. Great water pressure in the bathroom for showering.
One thing I wish I knew was the ceiling height. We got placed on the top floor and my boyfriend who is 6'5 tall was not able to stand up straight in the bedroom. Tried to switch room but unfortunately was told the hotel was fully booked. Other than this minor inconvenience, we had a great time staying here and would definitely stay here again. Next time, we'd just call in advance and ask for a room with higher ceiling.

Oh dear where to start. The wine was average and overpriced. The food was acceptable at best and so overpriced it was laughable. My salmon was over cooked, the sauce tasted like it was out of a bottle and the chorizo was tasteless and rubbery. To charge over 18 for this would be a rip off in Edinburgh or London. In Inverness it was plain ridiculous. My partner's pie was so lava hot we can only assume it had been microwaved and his peas were so overcooked they were rock hard. Staff were ok but not warm or friendly. I only live just around the corner but I will definitely not be going back.

Loved it! The room was beautiful with everything you could want or need. The bed was fantastically comfortable. Didn't want to get out of it for breakfast but I'm glad I did because the food is fabulous. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The town is only a few minutes walk away with plenty of everything and although you are close by you are not disturbed late at night by any noise. Lovely place can't wait to visit again

Lovely hotel. Great Scottish breakfast. Spent 2 nights here in a beautiful four poster room with a shower you only dream about. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Another time for sure.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Scotland Honeymoon and couldn't recommend it enough. The rooms are very clean and spacious and had a great shower! Comes with a delicious breakfast and convenient parking. Customer service was great, staff couldn't do enough, Bar area is lovely with a large selection. Would definitely recommend and will be back when we revisit the area!

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice within the last twelve months for four nights each time. The staff are very helpful and friendly. the hotel is very clean and kept to a high standard. the restaurant serves good well presented food. The hotels location gives good opportunities to explore Inverness, also Inverness is an idea place to explore the Highlands as it is at the narrow part of Scotland so it is not far to the west coast and Northern Scotland. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.
