We only had one garage key and Wickham security was the only place that could cut one that worked. They have also just fitted a garage defender to our garage door. Professional service from beginning to end. Highly recommend to anyone.

Got a battery replaced by west wickham for home security alarm. The Engineer told me the alarm is all tested. I trusted his words and didnt check myself at the time. Few days later i went out and alarm wont set. Followed up with the shop and engineer. Engineer was adamant that everything worked when he left and he would charge a callout and he was not prepare to check if he did a mistake or not. if he come and found out that it is genuine fault i would have paid the callout, But he was adamant he would charge anyway. Not happy with the attitude.

Recently installed alarm with App, friendly and helpful throughout process from survey to fitting. Needed some technical help during lockdown (new router installed, upset App). Engineers helped me over the phone, very patient. My parents have also used for years - good personal feeling service.
