Helpful, polite, efficient. I needed an entryphone installed that would call the house phone and divert to my mobile on busy. A simple enough task you would think but beyond the ability of the first two companies I used, one of which installed their unit crooked, before telling me there was a problem with the unit's firmware. anyway Andrew at Barking Dog arranged the installation of a replacement which has worked very well ever since. Minor technical hitches have been quickly resolved. Minus a star because I recently had to chase up an email I sent them, but I'd certainly use them again if I needed to.

These guys came all the way down to west sussex to install my system after my sister in law recommended them. They come every year to do a physical service, and log on to my system every six months to run a remote diagnostic. I have nothing but praise for the service I get and they came recommended so don't be put off by the other negative review. Have a look on check a trade - all the reviews there are positive.

Unfortunately the system does not allow me to give zero stars. And only because of that I am giving them a star. Trust me when I say this, you do not want to do business with this company. They wasted my time, ignored my mails and misdirected me over phone calls. I approached them to get an intruder alarm installed at my home. They said that they have to do a survey and that they would get back to me with the detailed quote by the end of the week.
Even after the end of the next week no quote was given. Upon which I attempted to contact them over emails and phone calls. They ignored all my mails and during the phone calls - the standard reply was that someone else was working on my case and that I would get an update shortly. Unsurprisingly no updates came my way. Finally, after almost a month of doing the survey, I was told that they cannot provide service to me!
Hearing this I asked them, why this was so. They didn't give me any answer. I am really glad that I didn't end up getting the alarm system installed by them. I am appalled to think of the incompetent service that I would've received if I had gotten the intruder detection system installed by them! I am glad that their true colours of "customer service" came to light before I had to part with my money.
