Do not use online proposal system. They will ignore it and then charge you extra. There is no confirmation to say you have submitted it so you cannot prove you sent it.

I called them and they asked me to send an e-mail with details of what I required of them. I did this and after more than a week as I had not heard from them I called again. They advised that someone was looking at my case and would call me back in the afternoon. No-one called back. I managed to speak to a VERY rude receptionist just before 5pm who advised that they would not be able to help me due to shortage of staff and that they were going to send me an e-mail to advise me of this. Completely unprofessional.

Received a threatening letter from this agency today(in 14 days time i need to attend a court in Glasgow), I also think the letter was sent in error as I am a student who's been studying full-time for the past 4yrs and they are saying that I owe over 2k in council tax but I owe nothing to city council. This type of agency shouldn't exist.

Received multiple threat letters from these debt collectors, the types of letters that are ineptly written and are in breach of basic rights to dignity. That these letters were sent in error over many months (I am a student who owes nothing in council tax) seems like a minor point; the incompetence of this place and its default disgraceful threatening behaviour should see it shut down. Such an organisation that functions by threatening vulnerable people has no place in civil society.
