Pro-Tect UK was established in 2003 by the Managing Director, John Lee Jeffrey, to meet the ever increasing demand for a security company that could deliver a cross sector approach at a highly professional level. Prior to the formation of Pro-Tect UK, John developed his experience working as a Regional Manager for a leading national security company supplying door supervisors, static & retail security & close protection personnel in a National & international scale.At this time we are currently one of the leading security providers within the North England & South Scotland areas.

John Lee started working in the security industry in 1998, and quickly moved upthe ranks, into staff management by 2001. he learned and gained experience with a National company as a Regional Manager until 2003, when he formed his own company. Initially this was known as Border City Security, but was quickly changed and established as a ltd company, and so began the birth of Pro-Tect UK.
