Rapid and very efficient service. The engineer went out of his way not just to resolve the immediate problem of a defective part, but also to review and make necessary adjustments to our system which was suffering from age and damp weather. And he gave plenty of useful advice.

It's been 13 months that the bells rings by itself middle of the night despite coming to "repair" and "replace" already 3 times. The only solution they came up with is to provide us with a switch to turn off the system at night so at least it doesn't wake us up. That after 2 replacements. 10 months into the issue. Now someone comes calls us, we turn on the "system" so we can let the person in. And! Don't forget to switch it back off. Thank you entryphone, we now manage to have no door system but at least we can sleep.
