Ken was then selected for promotion to Mobile Supervisor, duties included but not limited to patrols of occupied and vacant properties, alarm responses, vehicle immobilisation, he then added Dog handling to his portfolio of skills and was involved in searching of premises and tracking suspects. After several years as a Mobile Supervisor, Ken was promoted to Deputy Operations Manager reporting directly to the board of Directors and responsible for 150 employees this included welfare, discipline and scheduling.
