Ashamed with this company went in for a interview. So it's a long story but I feel as if I should tell everyone why they should NOT work for this company. I went in for a Interview on time (7.00pm) but the guy who did the Interview came in late. Once we were called in for a GROUP! Interview which I still don't understand how can you judge each individuals skills, experience, and determination with a GROUP interview, boggles my mind and it makes me angry how unprofessional he was.
He starts of the interview by asking us "who has experience in this job?" One guy says he has experience and the interviewer just focuses all his attention on this guy, going to the extent of asking the guys number in front of us. So indirectly implying that we didn't get the job we were also told to bring in all our documents and licences for no apparent reason just a waste of time and travel money but at least we employees have the power to write reviews. Honestly it was just disgusting behaviour. YOU SHOULD BE ASHMED I don't need your job! FIX UP
