Awfull service, never price you on the phone always excuses.never seen distributors like them in the past 14 years in the industry. Not just me, my engineer friends have the same view.

Our company have been using Door Entry Direct (previously SRS) and receiving great service for over 20 years. Knowledgeable friendly staff and a handy trade counter at their Park Royal base. Highly recommended.

Ordered 3 items back in November. Was then emailed saying they didn't actually have all the items I ordered in stock (why advertise items on your website and take my money when you don't even have them in stock), so I would have to wait 4 weeks or I could receive the order in multiple deliveries. I chose to have them deliver the items in multiple deliveries.

First item arrived after a few weeks waiting. I waited another 2-3 weeks for the second delivery to arrive with the remaining two items. One was missing. I emailed them saying they still have not sent me my last item. They raised a dispute with DPD claiming that they definitely sent it. DPD then phoned me asking questions and then that was it. I have not heard anything for weeks now.

Its now near the end of January and I still don't have my full order. Just over 3 months of waiting for my stuff to get the entry system sorted to my flat. This company are an absolute shambles, DO NOT order from them.

Navigating door entry stuff is complicated, the devil is in many little details. I have always found these folks to be very knowledgeable, and trying very hard. Yes, unpleasant surprises can happen. But not often. If you despair with these guys, then that clearly shows you haven't tried many others. Door Entry Direct are actually very good. Worth making them your first port of call.

Worst service and professionalism I have ever experienced. Not only were multiple mistakes made in trying to get a camera repaired/replaced, additionally I received two missed dates for attendance with no prior notice. On the second occasion the person who booked it in admitted she forgot to send the confirmation to the engineer.

They advertised a FADINI F55 sensor for 4.42 I ordered and paid for it then they asked for a further 52.20 saying the price had gone up from there supplier. REALLY. Lesson don't trust them. Rip off.

Not good! Called this company and spoke with a Fredrico two weeks ago, we confirmed emails and I sent him the info he said he needed to deal with my issues which was a week ago now, I heard nothing after a couple days so called and spoke with someone else as to his where about's and was told he would get Fredrico to call me as soon as he was of the phone, still nothing 3 days later. think I may need to find a more reliable company for my business : Sam I do not understand why you would say there is no evidence of the interaction between me and Door entry direct, ask your staff member above whom I am sure sits next to you he would tell you that we have emailed a few times. looking at other feedback it appears that my complaint is a common one with your customers!

Awful response time for quotes by email. I had to chase after 4 days of no response. Re sent quote and still waiting a day later, had to re email it over twice to another colleague as they couldn't find my quote and just chased again with a phone call. Not very professional at all. Potential customers shouldn't have to chase as we will take our business elsewhere.

Bought a replacement MHF02x DAITEM unit from this company and six months later the microphone at the gate has stopped working and Door entrydirect were lesss than uninterested. I was told it was a manufacturer warranty issue but after paying for an electrician to remove the microphone I now note that if they decided the item isn't faulty I will be liable for a 30 fee. It's a matter of principle that this is well inside the manufacturers warranty and the faulty item costs 6 plus VAT to replace so why do I have to go to all this expense and hassle.

They may be the cheapest to purchase online but they also have the meanest returns policy so buyer beware with electrical goods which can go wrong. Very poor experience to be honest. Give them a call and experience first rate aggression at its best!

Originally I had given this company just one star, due to their inability to supply the parts we had paid for. Also their customer service was very poor despite my many phone calls to Frederico and emails to them, nothing ever got resolved! After 7 weeks, I have now received a few calls from Konrad, who was apologetic and very helpful, and he has now sourced and supplied an equivalent part.

So all in all the order is complete and I am happy. Moving forward they still need to improve communications with their customers if things go wrong. Most people are understanding- the company just needs to keep customers in the loop.

Unsolicited marketing calls, please start screening your calls. Unsolicited telephone calls are covered by the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 which are enforced by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). It is unlawful to make unsolicited direct marketing calls to telephone numbers registered with TPS.

Terrible returns policy! I have received a faulty item, but apparently it I either have to purchase another one and them have to fill out a long returns form, attend post office, pay for a 2-3 day returns! Spoke to staff even though I told them I could email a picture of the faulty part, they would still not send another out! Why should I have to go to all that hassle just because they could not be bothered to check their products before sending?!

I needed a video intercom system for my small company. After visiting a few sites i stumbled across this companies website, they seemed to have more products than most so i eventually rang them. They were extremely polite and i would recommend them to anyone.
