We have used Image Security for many years, every time we upgrade to a bigger warehouse, Image are our first port of call. Quality of work is fantastic and most importantly, so is the after care service. All the staff are diligent and get the work completed within the agreed time frames, which is important to us.

Excellent Service! I've used Image Security on several occasions for my home Security, both Alarm and CCTV and I can't recommend them enough! Anthony along with the rest of the team have always shown utmost respect to my property and great attention to detail every time I've used them. Anthony is very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. His work is very neat and tidy. A very polite individual with a lot of experience. I highly recommend using Image Security! Great customer service, very professional and friendly engineers. I was unable to stay while the engineers completed the installation on the day so the engineer arranged to call me in the evening to complete the installation on my smart devices. Would highly recommend image security. My parents have used image security for a few years and they've never experienced any issues with aftercare.

Fitted an intruder alarm system including fire alarm and CCTV for us. Very professional company that took into account our requirements around wiring and cable management. Have had no issues with the systems. The after care support has been very efficient and so I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Awful service! Had alarm system installed for a year and a half and have had problem after problem. They're not interested in fixing it as we opted out of the 100 yearly maintenance fee - which only covers certain issues. The administrator and finance manager are extremely unhelpful when you call up with no customer service skills whatsoever. Instead telling me that I was rude for saying that they have poor customer service.
I was told there is no way of contacting directors or speaking to someone senior. If you want a working alarm system that will secure your home and provide good customer service then this is not the company for you!
