The Alarm Engineer

My Alarm was out of order at night time, tried call few Alarm companies which stated 24X7 but not real. James he came finally and said can make it slient 20mins later. He did it! That made us have a good night. He came later day and replaced a new for us at a reasonable price, very nice, professional and help to check the system as well! Highly recommend!

Was out within the hour and sorted the alarm without a problem. Friendly, good value and gave me some tips. Would definitely recommend.

Jimmy is an absolute legend. He helped us sort the issue over the phone at no charge and was all-round a really sound guy. He'll be the first person we call if we have future alarm issues!

Jimmy's done work for us 3 times now on different houses and I can't recommend him enough. He has a practical, no nonsense approach and is very competitively priced. He refitted our whole alarm system on our new house and it took no time at all. Would highly recommend.

Our alarm system was intermittently going off every couple of hours and we had no way of resetting it as we didn't have the original alarm codes. We found this company on Google, immediately got drawn in by the reviews and a massive bonus they were on a 24 hour call operation. James answered, I told him my issue with the system and was at my apartment within 30minutes!

We had an issue with our alarm tonight and it was going off for over an hour. The Alarm Engineer came up on google as 24 hour. We rang and Jimmy answered the call. We were some 25 mins away so rather than send an engineer he talked us through the issue. He knew immediately what the issue was and helped us stop the continuous ringing of the alarm. He was brilliant. Very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. A true gent when we needed him. Thank you Jimmy you are a star :))

Fantastic service, 24 hour help which is so handy when it comes to alarms. Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and respectfully. Also a very friendly and easy to approach.

Truely nice guy. Explained the potential costs up front and then talked me through everything he was doing and why. Gave me advise for general battery maintance and showed me a couple of extra functions on the alarm panel. All round brilliant service. I have no hesitation recommending him.
