We found this Company to be very competitive in price and more importantly one that excel in service. The engineer arrived on time, was very polite and efficient and even cleared up after he had finished. He set our alarm so we didn't need to do anything after he left.

I would definitely recommend the company for any security requirements and electric issues. I have already recommended To friends and family and have nothing but praise about them. From my first call to them till the engineer left I was treated as a valued customer. Thank you! 5 star service

Our architect had made an error and completely forgot the AOV system in our small newly built block of flats. ADCB were the most brilliant company to deal with. Sam took the original call and couldn't have done more to help out. he worked out what was needed by looking at a few pictures to save time, organised the works quickly and sent great engineers to carry out the work.

They were highly professional, efficient and sorted out any issues on site. We now have a great system in place, the cost was very reasonable and we couldn't be happier! THANK YOU ADCB!

I have recently upgraded my video system in out shop, i needed help selecting equipment. ADCB supplied information and subsequently i purchased a Samsung SRN-1670D. The equipment arrived quickly and the few remaining questions i had were answered quickly and efficiently. I would recommend ADCB to anyone who needs new security equipment. They are very responsive to customer needs and very helpful with questions. Good people!

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. This is a truly awful company. Do not use. Fitters just don't arrive when they're booked. Office staff tell you lies about where they are. 3 weeks to complete a straightforward fit in a domestic property. Wires left all over the place. Fitters have zero knowledge of the product and how to actually use the software.

Have had to have another company out to tidy up and still more work needed. Avoid this company unless you like wasting money and enjoy spending your time waiting for people that don't turn up. Worst customer service in history.

I had CCTV, fire alarm, antenna, CAT 5 cables and the whole schbang done by this company recently, as they did good work on my last project. However this time around they have given me insurmountable troubles and sleepless nights. They did terrible work, delayed the project by weeks as they do not have enough competent workers. Work is still not complete.

Nothing is their fault, its all customer's fault. Worst customer service as they just want to blame you for their shoddy work and delays. I have lost huge amount of time and money in chasing them and getting things corrected. Worst company ever. Stay away from them

I used this company for the first time last week. from beginning to end all I had was positive results. Their products are second to none, their staff brilliant and delivery excellent. The person I dealt with was IMZ and what a genuine, positive, friendly, polite person he was. Nothing was too much for him and talked me through products so I was given the right item for the job I required.

Their technical and easy to understand instructions were very good. I cannot rate or thank them enough. Go ahead try them and you will not be disappointed. Quote me on it. Ray McGough.

It's a second review I type, after the poor experience with eBay purchase initially it was a one star however their customer service acted upon review and sent an item. I promised to include it in my rating hence revision and four stars as the result.
