Following a recent break in, I was looking for a local company to install an alarm system and cctv to my property, Security Solutions did not disappoint, very prompt and helpful, cannot fault the service we received.

Lost the electrical connection to the alarm which caused the outside unit to emit such a loud alarm that went on and on which annoyed our nieghbours. Called the company who sent their duty engineer Ben who soon disabled the system. Very efficient

Perfect service and helpful and friendly staff, that will help answer any questions you may have, and not try and sell you stuff you don't want. The engineer's are quick to respond to any problems you may have, and the cctv control room staff are always watching and always happy to answer the phone at anytime day/night.

They turned up very quickly after a break-in. Unfortunately their operative fixed a padlock on the outside of the door which meant, as the door could not be locked from the inside, that the flat could not be used until a real locksmith called and fitted a proper lock. Their bill was 121 for approximately 10 minutes work, and, in spite of complaints that the work was not fit for purpose, they refused to reduce it, or indeed even to reply to my e-mails. This may not be typical of their work but in my opinion I would recommend avoiding them unless there is really no alternative.
