No matter what time of the day or night, or what day it is, operators at Orbis Monitoring?’s UK-based response centre are always there to handle emergency calls on a client?’s behalf. They have the experience of handling 1000s of incidents throughout the UK and the Continent. Some are major emergencies. Many though are minor events, or minor if they are caught early enough. The Ground Zero concept is very exciting. So much so that we constructed a purpose built unique training facility for VIP protection officers. Especially thoes involved in International protective service operations. In our first year of operation, protection officers travelled from 19 different countries to train at our USA facility. The GZ concept was developed by the directors of the GZ organisation after a number of years training some of the world?’s elite law enforcement, military and security personnel. We identified that irrespective of the officers prior special operations training, we had to take them back to Ground Zero to train them in our dynamic training methods.
