From Our Website
We operate throughout the North of England serving an ever increasing portfolio of satisfied blue chip customers. We recognise that each customer has different requirements and so provide the service tailored to the unique situation of each site and system. Every member of the Company is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and working in partnership with all our stakeholders.
At Trident, we pride ourselves on our knowledge and experience in the Fire Alarm and Security Industry, with staff having over 30 years' experience in this specialist sector. Backed by a team of staff dedicated to a "Fresh Approach to Service", we pride ourselves on our attention to detail in every job undertaken. From the initial site survey to the final engineer's report, we prioritise customer satisfaction, which means working on schedule, on budget and with all the customers' requirements attended to along the way.
At Trident, our aim is to make the servicing of your fire and security systems as smooth and efficient as possible. We start our servicing process by always making sure an appointment is made with your site to complete a servicing of the required system, therefore making sure that no issues arise from our engineers turning up on site unexpectedly. We at Trident feel it is important that our customers have a good enough understanding of their Life Safety and Property Protection systems that they can make informed decisions when needed.
Trident Fire & Security offer an extensive range of services, and would be happy to quote for any of the following additional services.
Emergency Lighting on site is vital in an emergency where mains power has failed, providing you with a well-lit escape route from the premises. The back-up batteries in emergency lights (usually identified by a green LED in the light) will ensure that the emergency light stays on. These emergency lights are usually found on escape corridors, stairways and around fire-fighting equipment. There is a legal requirement for emergency lights to be maintained. This takes the form of an annual 3-hour discharge test of the emergency lights to check if they are all functional, and if not, any faults can be reported to the office and the customer made aware.
