From Our Website
This includes providing real 24 hours a day to support you and your staff - For more information see here. Our friendly, experienced team of engineers operate throughout the South East and offer same day service for our contract customers 95% of the time, ensuring the majority of breakdowns and fire alarm maintenance faults reported to us before midday, receive an engineer on site the same day; a level of service few other companies can compete with.
If you have a need to control the comings and goings of staff or clients through the building, then an Access Control system will provide the answer. Whether a simple single keypad or a PC- based system covering many exits and doors, what could be easier?
Each time a customer orders a fire extinguisher as a replacement or as a new unit, a full service is carried out when delivered to site - Note that without this the unit or units will not comply with the British Standard BS 5306. For customers with fire extinguishers under a service contact with us replacing exiting units there no delivery charges or additional charges for this service. For customers without a service contract, please ask at the time of ordering whether any additional costs apply.
First a note on Smoke and Heat detectors - As a maintenance company we will only use the most reliable detectors, to work with our fire alarm systems, such as those manufactured by the companies opposite, as there is nothing worse than a "cheap" fire detector. These only use a pair of cables and have all the smoke detectors, manual fire alarm call points and bells or sounders connected. This saves time and materials with the installation and also therefore save money.
