We are currently not responding to routine maintenance visits which will be carried out at a later date as soon as Government advice states it is safe to do so. Be advised that we are still available to respond to emergency callouts for contracted customers where initially we will endeavour to assist wherever possible by telephone or by remote connection to your system. Should this not be possible e.g. if you have an external sounder that you cannot silence if you agree we will still attend and silence your sounder from outside your premises with a return at a later date to repair.
