From Our Website
As the only truly independent Alarm Receiving Centre in the country, EMCS have no links whatsoever to an alarm company and are free to provide impartial recommendations on the very best alarm monitoring solution for each individual client. All of our front and back offices are based in the UK where you can either talk to one of our customer service team to enjoy a more personal touch, or take advantage of our automated response facility. Both are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We consider this to be the minimum requirement for a personal Alarm Monitoring Service.
The EMCS AnswerphoneUK service is the effortless way to manage your business out-of-hours, allowing you to relax knowing that your business calls are being dealt with as efficiently and as professionally as they would be during office hours. Calls are answered in your company name by our experienced operators and directed according to your specific instructions. Wherever possible, we will make contact with your relevant personnel. However, at the same time all calls are filtered, meaning non-urgent calls can safely wait until the next day.
As the UK's leading independent Alarm Receiving Centre, our flexibility has enabled us to form strong business partnerships with some of the biggest names in communications. This means that we can provide you with a superior network of support across all of our alarm monitoring services. We monitor all types of security systems, from fire, intruder, freezer, medical, mechanical and environmental alarms, to CCTV, personal attack systems and lone worker solutions. All of these services are monitored by our superb team of highly trained experts.
We are keen to keep our customers updated as the transition from PSTN to IP picks up speed. Exchanges throughout the country are now being updated to all IP; Salisbury and Mildenhall are the first areas to start moving to all-IP. Openreach have announced a further 168 exchanges where they will soon stop selling traditional PSTN phone lines and communication providers will start to migrate customers to all-IP. Please check out the attached documentation from OpenReach to find out more. Firstly, I hope you are all staying healthy and well and that you had a good bank holiday break.
