We install many types of Intruder alarms into many types and sizes of property. Systems can be designed small and simple enough for basement flats or complex systems with area setting for large mansions. We specialise in hiding our cables whether installing systems into existing, occupied homes or new build homes. If you are buying a new home, we'll happily speak to your builder and arrange installation during the construction stages, which may also save you the VAT costs. We can design systems to cater for multiple users, each having their own codes or fobs, and can also link the alarm to your telephone, so that you receive a call whenever it is activated.

Door entry systems come in a number of different forms. However, the first objective of each is to identify who is at the door enabling you to decide whether access should be granted. These all offer a means of controlling a door when a visitor or other person arrives at the door. This is useful for residential applications and business applications where a door needs to be controlled without actually being at the door. These features are very useful in various applications, whether it's a block of flats and saves you running up and down the stairs, a domestic situation where you want to see who is at the door, before having to answer it, or in a business situation where the door may be some distance away and it can be opened remotely without you having to leave your desk.
Would you know immediately if a fire was to start anywhere in your property? Within minutes a small fire can grow to sufficient size to block an exit route and prevent evacuation. Legislation now states that 99% of commercial buildings and offices should have a fire detection system or at minimum, some means of effecting a manual evacuation warning procedure. Even at home, an early warning system can be the difference between life and death. We can even install smoke detectors in your home linked to your burglar alarm to offer 24 hour protection regardless of the system being set.
Whatever type of security you are looking for, we are sure that we can help. We can supply and install new systems, repair old, or even just maintain your present equipment. ARJ Security work with a whole range of both Domestic and Commercial customers from businesses, schools, charity organisations to large Government agencies, from our offices at Aztec West in Bristol.
Yes, and we advise that you do. We will program the system to include only those areas that you want protected and exclude others during a 'night' setting. It is more disturbing to be burgled when you are asleep, than when out! The alarm will only ring for a pre-programmed length of time before silencing and re-arming itself. If you are there you just enter your code to stop it. When you return you will notice the external strobe light flashing, to warn you that there may potentially be danger in the house.
These are a range of typical alarm systems that we have installed over the years and are still able to look after and maintain. We are also able to look after a number of other systems not featured, so please give us a call even if you can not see your system here.
